Strict and effective process management makes for successful projects

After the successful completion of such important transaction processes, we all too often find ourselves missing our clients and the close, often daily dialogue. During our projects, we are always at the client’s service as a central sparring partner (a role that may also find me “sparring” at a football pitch or outside the kindergarten) and are concerned with planning, designing and controlling the processes in a strict and effective manner. In dealings with the “opposite side”, we are quick to anticipate their point of view – this is not always a pleasure, but it yields the desired effects. Because the opposite side often shows a distinct shortage of patience when talks begin, and thorough preparation is the key to a better result for all parties concerned.

Most target companies have a turnover volume between 10 and 100 million euros

We are often asked how large a company needs to be for us to advise them. I always answer this one with a wink and a deadpan “that depends”. We don’t pigeonhole our work along such lines, as even a very small transaction may be of great strategic importance. Larger transactions do not usually involve greater complexity, but simply require a larger team. We can put together a suitable team for every situation. Most of the transactions we advise on concern companies with a turnover volume of between € 10 and € 100 million.
